What if I'm not sure the classes are for me?
We offer 1 week of unlimited trial classes for just $10! We offer classes for every fitness level and have a team of trained fitness professionals to help you with questions and modifications. OUR goal is to increase YOUR health and fitness, so come with an open mind and remember - just like anything else in life, it takes time to get into a groove.
What do I wear?
Comfortable workout attire. Short-sleeved t-shirts or tank tops are suggested. Yoga pants, sweat pants, longer shorts...whatever you are comfortable wearing! Supportive athletic shoes with socks are recommended.
What do I bring?
We have workout mats, hand weights, and exercise tubes available to borrow during class, or feel free to bring your own. If you're just beginning, we suggest starting with hand weights that are 5 lbs. or less. We also encourage you to bring a full water bottle and sweat towel if needed. NOTE: To minimize obstacles in the room and maximize floor space, please refrain from bringing personal items onto the studio floor (purses, street shoes, etc.). Instead, you can store these items in the entrance/locker room.
Is childcare available?
Conquest offers childcare during peak gym hours. Contact the front desk for additional information.
